Funny, but I sat here for quite a while before I actually hit the "next" button to kick this thing off. Millions of blogs out there and was I going to shoot the works or wimp out?

Ah, what the hell.
Why Blog? Well, the primary mission is to read my own garbage. But beyond that I've found myself over the last five or six years turning stuff over and over in my mind and I seem more comfortable tapping it out on a keyboard. Plus I think I need a place to keep it all together.
I plan on keeping it simple. Only two topics: Politics and everything else that I like. And I have no idea how often I can post. So if you come across this little blog by sheer accident, go easy on the newbie.
