Sen. Orrin Hatch: "The Votes Are There"...

NRO's Beltway Buzz just spoke with Hatch, the Judiciary Committe Chair. When asked if he thinks the GOP has the votes to end the judicial filibusters:

Hatch said, “Frist can get the votes if he wants it. The votes are there.”
