Bush Announces Energy Breakthrough!
President Bush announced that the U.S. in on the verge of technology breakthroughs in energy that would "startle" most Americans.

The cynic in me suspects that real motivation behind the whole woodchips and sawgrass thing is to spread the subsidies around a bit.
