4 Her name is Rosa Blasi (see: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0087726/). She's done mostly TV show appearances (i.e. Frasier, Caroline In The City, Drew Carey). She was also in "The Grudge" (which I haven't seen yet). She does have a resemblence to Daisy Fuentes, though. The blonde is Lisa Ann Walter. I looked her up, too. The only thing I've ever seen her in is "Shall We Dance" with Jennifer Lopez (yes, I saw that movie).
